Custom Stainless Steel Product
For all transactions worth $100 or above, the client must first leave a deposit of 50% the total charge (before tax) before we start our work.
If the transaction is cancelled before a considerable amount of work is complete and/or the product greatly deviates from the order, the deposit will be returned. Otherwise, the deposit will remain to compensate for the effort and materials. Likewise if we lose contact with the customer for two weeks or more.
We do provide follow-up services but they are not free. An Ju Metal Works Ltd. reserves the right to deny these services.
This site is meant to be used as a proxy to contact us for specific orders, due to the limitations of online ordering and the scope of our services. We consider the online order payment as a service fee that will be incorporated into the product price.
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before committing to buy it; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Following business laws in the province of British Columbia in Canada, we charge a 5% GST in addition to the stated price.
