Refund Policy - the basics
When a customer makes an order with our company worth $100 or above, the customer must pay 50% of the total cost (before tax) as a down payment. If the transaction is cancelled before a considerable amount of work is complete and/or the product greatly deviates from the order, the deposit will be returned. Otherwise, the deposit will remain to compensate for the effort and materials. Likewise if we lose contact with the customer for two weeks or more.

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return:
"hoods, ventilation, installation services, (water, electricity, and gas services), consultation, third party services".
